It wasn’t the first time I got baptized… I didn’t technically ”need” to… but I did feel compelled to.

You see the first time I got baptized it wasn’t for the right reasons… ok well it’s probably better to say it wasn’t for all the right reasons and It wasn’t by immersion. I always wanted to get immersed. One.. this is the baptism we see in scripture… two the imagery of being put in the tomb with Christ and being raised with him… awesome.

More importantly it was years after I got baptized when I first experienced true relationship with God. True conviction of sin and the True joy of salvation.

In other words. I had my true “Come to Jesus” moment. He saved me from addiction. He gave me gifts to open and utilize in the body of Christ, and greatest of all gave me a passion for Him and life. A moment like this.. moments like this deserve to be commemorated with a true representation of their power.

Jesus is my life.
Jesus is my passion.
